The East Arkansas Planning & Development District (EAPDD) is a nonprofit organization directed by the chief elected officials across the 12 counties of Eastern Arkansas. Each community brings its own strengths and opportunities, and EAPDD works in partnership with local leaders to align resources, strengthen regional planning, and support data-driven economic development.
EAPDD serves the counties of Clay, Craighead, Cross, Crittenden, Greene, Lawrence, Lee, Mississippi, Phillips, Poinsett, Randolph, and St. Francis.
